Irish Point

Our Irish Point oysters are farm-raised in a suspension-culture located between Prince Edward Island’s Hope River and the Gulf of St. Lawrence. As with the Daisy Bays and Pickle Points, the Irish Points are grown out and harvested in a completely environmentally sustainable and ecologically sound fashion. Size-wise, the Irish Points are classified as cocktail oysters (slightly under three inches in length)…Flavor-wise if you are a fan of the Daisy Bays and Pickle Points (And who isn’t?) you will be delighted by the Irish Points.
