Our Walleye Pike is caught in the freshwater lakes throughout the USA and Canada. It is the largest member of the perch family and we try to carry medium (1-2#), large (2-3#), and jumbo (3# plus) fish when we can.
Walleye is an extremely versatile fish. It's delicate flavor and firm white flesh lets people prepare it many ways. It can be broiled, pan-fried, and even baked.
