Supreme Lobster sources Whole Atlantic Salmon as well as Pre-Cut Fillets from multiple partners in the Americas. Whole Salmon range from 6 - 14 LBS, and larger fish are available with a special request. Pre-Cut Fillets average roughly 3 lb.

Farm Raised Atlantic Salmon is more mild and delicate than Wild Salmon. But with it's moderately firm and moist flakes, Atlantic Salmon can still be a very versatile fish in your kitchen. You can bake, broil, poach, or grill your salmon.
