Always a crowd favorite, these tasty morsels can be served raw with a squeeze of fresh citrus or gently steamed and added to pasta or rice dishes!

It’s important to be sure to not overcook your clams, finishing the cooking as they become open and discarding any unopened clams after steaming for 5-6 minutes. Also, be sure not to overcrowd your cooking vessel to allow the clams to open and present their tasty meat. Enjoy!
